One of the things this profile is designed to do is to let people know why Google is a great place to work. The better your profile, the more new devs there will be that show interest in working for you.

There's plenty of space here to show off what's great about Google. Let new developers know why you're hiring juniors, and what to expect from your company culture.

Roles on CoderList are a bit different to a normal job advert. As well as encouraging job ready developers to apply, they also exist to show all the people in our community training to be developers what kind of people you hire and what skills and technologies you need them to be familiar with.

You can also set tasks for developers. These should be things that you'd like to see a junior developer prove they can do.

You can have as many different roles as you want. Perhaps you need Python developers, web designers, or people who know full stack JavaScript? List them all here, and let devs in training know what you're looking for.

Only developers who have proven experience in the skills you require and have completed all tasks (ready for you to view on their profile) may apply. Once they do, we vet them, and send across the best ones to you.

That's it! Simple, right? Take some time to have a look around, and if you've got any questions just click the icon in the bottom right that will appear when you end the tour.
